Your First Mood & Mental Health Assessments

Entrainment describes a process in which we use music to move you from one state to another.

This musical piece is designed to entrain you into a calmer state.

Listening to music for Calm

Your Daily Aroma Therapy Practice

Your first drawing exercise is called ‘Mad Maps’ it can help you draw through and perhaps better understand all the things that are effecting you. You don’t have to be an artist or have any kind of drawing skills, this is you using drawing as a way to explore your inner world.

Accessing Our Community Workshops

Some of the biggest therapeutic benefits are in the dynamic process of playing music. In this short exercise we’re going to explore how to use drumming to decrease anxiety.

Your Mood & Mental Health Assessments (after 2 weeks)

Dance and Movement Therapies are very effective in helping address trauma as well as any other form of emotional distress. These therapies are usually done 1:1 with a Practioner, but we’re providing some short tasters here for you to start to work with to see if this kind of work resonates with you. These short practices are designed to help you explore the connections between emotions, your body and movement.

Post-Assessments (after 2 weeks)

Stay in our Community

In this final exercise we’d like you to explore imagining what ‘new pathways’ would look like for you. Grab some paper and coloured pencils/markers.

Know that you don’t have to be an Artist. It could just be a series of symbols that helps you draw out where you are now to where you would like to be.
