Your First Set of Assessments

Entrainment describes a process in which we use music to move you from one state to another.

This musical piece is designed to entrain you into a calmer state.

Your first drawing exercise is called ‘Mad Maps’ it can help you draw through and perhaps better understand all the things that are effecting you. You don’t have to be an artist or have any kind of drawing skills, this is you using drawing as a way to explore your inner world.

Your Last Set of Assessments

Mood & Mental Health Assessments (Taken 2 Weeks Later)

In this section we’re going to introduce you to some vocal exercise and practices which can help you understand how to use your voice to connect to and release emotions through your body.

It’s the beginning of understanding how to use your voice therapeutically. You don’t have to be a singer and there are no ‘wrong’ sounds here. The two exercises act as a preparation to the full practice in the third track. Feel free to explore these in whatever way you’re most comfortable.

Accessing Your Results

Some of the biggest therapeutic benefits are in the dynamic process of playing music. In this short exercise we’re going to explore how to use drumming to decrease anxiety.

Stay in Touch in Our Community!

In this final exercise we’d like you to explore imagining what ‘new pathways’ would look like for you. Grab some paper and coloured pencils/markers.

Know that you don’t have to be an Artist. It could just be a series of symbols that helps you draw out where you are now to where you would like to be.
