We’re undertaking a study to discover the effects of music and aroma on mood and anxiety. We have aroma inhalers filled will all natural essential oils, which we’re offering together with curated music playlists designed to shift your mood and brain state.
We’re looking for people to participate in 1 of the following 4 groups:
1. Control Group (no music or aroma) just your sign up and do an assessment and that’s it!
2. Aroma only group – you use the organic aroma therapy for the two weeks of testing
3. Music only group – you get to listen to our curated playlists everyday for two weeks
4. Music and Aroma group – you listen to our playlists and inhale organic aroma therapy for the two weeks of testing
As part of this testing you’ll also get clinical assessments, mental health feedback and support options from Musical Nutrition.

2) You take a few short assessments before you start. (written questions only)
3) We send you the music playlists and/or aroma inhalers.
4) You’ll listen to the music and/or use the aroma therapy every day for 15 minutes for two weeks.
5) We’ll have live zoom calls offered you for feedback and wellness support.
6) You take assessments at the end of the 2 weeks.
7) Receive your feedback and mental health report.
