


“Somatics” is about how our thoughts and emotions live in our bodies. When treating Trauma or any distressing/overwhelming experience it is very important to address the “Soma” or our mind-body interface.
These are 3 short exercises which you can do as “Self-Interventions” at home without any specialists when you are anxious, emotional or overwhelmed.
