


Bi-Lateral Stimulation (BLS) is something that is used both in EMDR Trauma therapy as well as Brain Training for reducing symptoms in Neurodiversity (Autism/ADHD). It builds our brain’s coherence, hemisphere syncing and plays a foundational role in both symptom reduction, recovery and resilience.
