These musical pieces are designed to entrain you into a calmer state. We have more listening entrainments in our member programs.

Voice exercises
In this section we’re going to introduce you to some vocal exercise and practices which can help you understand how to use your voice to activate your vagus nerve and connect and release emotions through your body.
It’s the beginning of understanding how to use your voice therapeutically. You don’t have to be a singer and there are no ‘wrong’ sounds here. The two exercises act as a preparation to the full practice in the third track. Feel free to explore these in whatever way you’re most comfortable.
Some of the biggest therapeutic benefits are in the dynamic process of playing music. In this short exercise we’re going to explore how to use drumming to decrease anxiety.

Playing music
Dance and Movement Therapies are very effective in helping address trauma as well as any other form of emotional distress. These therapies are usually done 1:1 with a Practioner, but we’re providing some short tasters here for you to start to work with to see if this kind of work resonates with you. These short practices are designed to help you explore the connections between emotions, your body and movement.

Movement exercises
In this final exercise we’d like you to explore imagining what ‘new pathways’ would look like for you. Grab some paper and coloured pencils/markers.
Know that you don’t have to be an Artist. It could just be a series of symbols that helps you draw out where you are now to where you would like to be.
