“Neurodiversity is not a deficit. It is a natural variation of the human brain.”
– Judy Singer
Musical Nutrition’s Neurodiversity Empowerment Program brings together evidence-based music, creative, sensory and somatic practices to support Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD mental health. Not by forcing you to adapt to the world, but by helping the world meet you where you are.
This is a strength-based, brain-aware, compassion-led program designed for both recovery and long-term resilience.

Many neurodivergent people spend their lives adapting to environments that do not support their brain or sensory needs, often leading to stress, overwhelm, masking, or burnout. I developed this programme to offers a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming alternative which:
Helps you understand your own brain, nervous system, and sensory needs, and shows them how to work with those needs rather than against them.
How to use music, creativity, movement, and sensory awareness to support regulation and expression in ways that don’t rely on talking or “explaining yourself” all the time.
Work with evidence-based methods like Expressive Arts, Neurologic Music Therapy, and somatic sensory work, which are proven to support nervous system regulation and wellbeing.
Give you creative and practical tools that can reduce overwhelm, ease stress, and help you feel more settled in your bodies.
Support you to develop your own personalised practice you can use in everyday life.
Experience a neurodiversity-affirming approach that values difference, dignity, and self-understanding and how you naturally want to express yourself.
We’ll work together to reduce your challenges and uncover your hidden superpowers.
In this program I’ll help you:
“Your nervous system isn’t broken. It’s communicating.”
