This package of virtual 1:1 sessions enables you to expand on the digital Planet Harmony programs and use them in the most therapeutically powerful way.

Building Positive Bonds through Parent-Child Activities
Trauma healing with Planet Harmony is safe to be done at home by You – the Parent/Carer. We guide you through how to created an enhanced therapeutic version of the Planet Harmony programmes, as a therapeutic playtime that you do at home with your child.
By doing the activities together with your child (rather than with a specialist) you create positive bonding experiences. We guide you in how to a create safe space for exploring, playing and learning. Being the person who learns, plays and creates a space for healing means your child builds positive associations with you and this creates positive attachment, bonds and stronger parent-child relationship.
Alongside this we provide support for parent wellness and advice on parenting styles. We make sure you as the carer are also cared for.
