Peter was starting to really grow fond of all the Musical Health Gifts. Of course, he did not want to part with the previous animals who taught him music and health gifts in the previous weeks. But at the same time, he had to admit that he was curiously and impatiently looking forward to who would visit him next.
During this fifth week, the Children’s Health Guides sent a Musical Health Gift in the form of a big red-footed Goose to teach the children to walk with squatting goose steps.
“Ha-ha-ha, hello, Peter!” The Goose said, “What do you think is the movement that I do in Planet Harmony? And what sounds do you think I pronounce the best?” Asked the Goose.
“You make the sound “Gaaa” of course!” Peter answered, “But I’m not sure what you do best in movement.”
“I will teach you to walk with a goose squat step, which trains the muscles of the legs and other muscles very well, and most importantly – it improves the endurance of your whole body. For this step, you need to bend your knees as much as possible, squat and turn your feet outward, and move forward with a waddle. At the same time, your head and eyes turn in the direction of the leg that is going forward. When first learning this, your hands can rest on your knees. As you get better at it, the arms can then bend your elbows. And Yes! You still need to pronounce “GA” loudly with each step.
Before we start this musical training, we will need to complete a new task for Viola, the daughter of music. Today we will perform the fifth magic of music – The Magic of Musical Image. Although music consists of sounds, it also can give rise to images that can be drawn.
I have some paper and markers ready for you. Let me now turn on my song. Although the words and message are clear, try to draw your own interpretation that you can share. If you can vividly portray the song, you know what will happen – Viola’s bell will sound!”
Music began to play and Peter started drawing. Before he had finished drawing, bell rang out. Viola congratulated Peter on discovering the fifth magic of music – The Magic of Musical Image.
“Now get ready for a real workout,” the Goose said. And the Goose song began to play.

So proudly march the geese. They’re waddling through with ease. When in a crowd geese wiggle. They wiggle and they gaggle. So merrily they giggle, geese waddle through the path.
Ga ga ga! Ga ga ga! Webbed feet waddle long necks wag. Ga ga ga! Ga ga ga! Webbed feet waddle long necks wag.

As soon as the Goose disappeared, Peter made another drawing of the Goose. He was also curious to see if his stamina had changed. Peter’s parents turned on a stopwatch, and Peter began to squat and waddle as quickly as possible, clasping his hands behind his head. When 30 seconds passed, it turned out that the number of squats he was able to do in 30 seconds had increased significantly!!!
His collection now enjoyed the new arrival of his Goose drawing and new Goose costume made on two legs, with a special sounding toy with which it was possible to make the Goose sound ‘Gaaaa!’
